Recommendation for use

Bathroom

Add 250g of magnesium flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath.

Foot bath

Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes (about 1 cup) to about 5 liters of water, enough to cover the feet.

Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
