OFFICIAL CONTEST REGULATIONS

“Black Friday Money”

Period: 27.10.2025 – 05.11.2025

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL CONTEST REGULATIONS

1.1. The organizer of the “Black Friday Money” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is SC Nutriland Sport SRL , headquartered in Linia Mică 531, Puchenii Moșneni village, Puchenii Mari commune, Prahova county, Romania , registered with ONRC under no. J29/505/2012, CUI RO30009397 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2. The Contest will be held in accordance with the provisions of these Official Regulations, which are mandatory for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Regulations during the Contest, having the obligation to inform the public by updating it on the official Nutriland Instagram page (@nutriland.ro).

SECTION 2. LEGAL BASIS

The “Black Friday Money” contest is organized in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation.

SECTION 3. AREA AND PERIOD OF COMPETITION

3.1. The contest is held exclusively online, on the official website www.nutriland.ro, between 27.10.2025 - 05.11.2025 , until 23:59.

3.2. The winner will be announced publicly on the official Nutriland Instagram page (@nutriland.ro) on 06.11.2025 .

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest period by updating these Regulations and notifying participants through official channels.

SECTION 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

4.1. The competition is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who have their domicile or residence in Romania.

4.2. Employees of the Organizer, collaborators directly involved in organizing the Contest and their family members (husbands/wives, parents, children, brothers/sisters) are excluded from participation.

4.3. Participation is considered valid if participants:

Subscribe to the official Nutriland newsletter on the website www.nutriland.ro during the contest period;
I follow the Instagram page @nutriland.ro to find out if they won;
Optionally , they can leave a comment saying what they would buy with the 1000 lei - it is not an elimination condition, but it is appreciated.

SECTION 5. COMPETITION MECHANISM

5.1. Participants must subscribe to the Nutriland newsletter on www.nutriland.ro between 27.10 - 05.11.2025.

5.2. The winner will be selected by random draw, using a randomization tool, from all email addresses registered during the campaign period.

5.3. The official announcement will be made on the Instagram page @nutriland.ro, on 06.11.2025 .

SECTION 6. THE PRIZE

6.1. The prize consists of 1000 lei gift credit , usable exclusively on the website www.nutriland.ro.

6.2. The prize can only be used during the Black Friday campaign , between 07.11 - 11.11.2025 .

6.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits and is non-transferable.

SECTION 7. VALIDATION CONDITIONS

7.1. In order for a participant to be validated as a winner, they must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

Be subscribed to the Nutriland newsletter with a valid email address;
Confirm the requested personal data within 48 hours of the winner being announced, by replying to the message sent via email or via DM on Instagram.

SECTION 8. ERRORS AND FRAUD

8.1. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical errors that may affect newsletter registration or the display of the winner.

8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to defraud the Contest or do not comply with the terms of these Regulations.

SECTION 9. DISPUTES

9.1. In the event of disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants, they will be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the disputes will be submitted for resolution to the competent courts in Bucharest.

SECTION 10. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

10.1. The official Competition Regulations are available for free on the Instagram page @nutriland.ro and can be requested by email.

10.2. Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of all provisions of these Regulations.
