To ensure transparency and fairness in the return process, we present the updated policy regarding returns and refunds applicable to orders placed on the Nutriland.ro website.

1. General conditions for return
According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without being obliged to justify the decision, within 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with current legislation.

For the return to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with intact labels and accompanied by all original documents.
Returns are not accepted for products that show obvious physical changes, such as bumps, scratches, chips, shocks, signs of excessive wear or unauthorized interventions.
If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps or missing accessories, SC Nutriland Sport SRL reserves the right to analyze the situation and decide either to accept the return or to retain an amount from the value of the product, an amount that will be communicated to the customer after evaluating the damages.

The return of products is at the customer's expense, using any preferred courier service. 

2. Refund methods
For returned and accepted products, the refund of the value will be made by one of the following methods:

Store credit: Refund in the form of credit usable on the Nutriland.ro website, with a validity of 1 year from the date of issue.
Bank transfer: The amount will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the customer (first name, last name, and IBAN).
Refund processing time: maximum 30 calendar days from the approval of the return.

3. Card payments for orders refused upon delivery
For orders paid online by card but refused upon delivery, the refund of the amount paid will be made after deducting the shipping cost of the initial shipment.

4. Uncollected package and re-shipping the order
If a shipped package is not collected due to reasons attributable to the customer and the customer requests to reship the order, the shipment will only be made after a new shipping fee has been paid. Shipping fees are calculated according to the rates of the couriers used (GLS or Sameday Locker).

5. Consumer rights
According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify the return decision, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
During these 14 days, the customer is not obliged to disclose the reason for dissatisfaction, but the return costs will be borne by them.

6. Other mentions
Returns will only be processed after the product's condition has been checked by the Nutriland.ro team.
In the case of products damaged due to the customer's improper packaging during the return process, Nutriland.ro reserves the right to refuse a refund.

To initiate the return process, you must complete this form.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions for sending the package by email or phone. Products sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

7. Technical errors and payment obligation

In the event of technical or system errors leading to incomplete or erroneous order processing (including, but not limited to, omission of cash-on-delivery fee, omission of total cost, non-registration of payment, etc.), the customer has a legal obligation to pay the full value of the delivered goods, in accordance with Article 1345 of the Civil Code – unjust enrichment.

Acceptance of delivery without payment, in the absence of an express notification from the customer regarding the error, does not exempt from liability and does not represent a tacit agreement to waive the seller's right to claim.

In such cases, Nutriland reserves the right to claim the remaining amount, amicably or legally, including through a payment reminder or legal action.

Any customer has the obligation to notify Nutriland within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the package if they find that the value of the order has not been requested. Failure to fulfill this obligation will be considered bad faith and intent of unjust enrichment.

8. Claims regarding shortages or errors in the order

The customer has the obligation to check the integrity of the package and its contents immediately upon receipt.

Any complaint regarding missing products, wrong products, damaged packaging, broken products or delivery error must be sent to Nutriland within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the package, by e-mail to comenzi@nutriland.ro or by phone at 021 555 1296.

Complaints submitted after the 48-hour deadline will no longer be analyzed, as internal verification systems (images from the workbench, video monitoring, order preparation history) are automatically archived and deleted after this interval.

Late complaints do not exempt the customer from the obligation of prompt verification and may be considered as lacking objective validation elements. Consequently, Nutriland reserves the right to refuse any compensation or product re-shipment outside the mentioned deadline.

This measure is necessary to ensure clear and transparent records of the operational flow and to avoid potential abuses or errors impossible to verify later.

Damage

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it immediately. 

Age and product usage statementBy accepting these terms and conditions, you declare on your own responsibility that you are over 18 years of age and that you are fully aware that some products available on the site, such as those in the pre-workout category, contain a high level of caffeine. It is your responsibility to consume these products carefully and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Nutriland.ro does not assume responsibility for the improper use of these products, and sales to minors are strictly prohibited.

Parties' obligations

SC Nutriland Sport SRL assumes responsibility for shipping products ordered by the customer through the website www.nutriland.ro, within their validity period and sealed.

SC Nutriland Sport SRL DOES NOT assume responsibility for changes in the type of raw material used by the manufacturer.

SC Nutriland Sport SRL has no responsibility for the taste and consistency of the products chosen by the client, nor for any modifications made to them by the manufacturer.

SC Nutriland Sport SRL reserves the right not to send cash-on-delivery orders from customers who have refused packages in previous orders. If the customer has placed a cash-on-delivery order and it has been refused at the destination (regardless of the reason), subsequent orders can only be sent if they are paid by card in advance.
