Recommendation for use

On training days, take 5 capsules about 1/2 hour before training. On days without training, take 3 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules before going to bed together with a protein shake. The recommendation is for 6 weeks, after which there is a break of 2 weeks and then the cycle can be resumed.

In zilele cu antrenament se iau 5 capsule cu circa 1/2 ora inainte de antrenament. In zilele fara antrenament se iau 3 capsule dimineata si 2 caspule inainte de culcare impreuna cu un shake proteic. Recomandarea este pentru 6 saptamani, dupa care se face o pauza de 2 saptamani si apoi se poate relua ciclul.

A se pastra intr-un loc racoros si uscat, departe de lumina soarelui. Va rugam sa nu depasiti doza zilnica recomandata.
