Recommendation for use

Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1-2 tea bags. Leave the pot covered for 4-5 minutes. Depending on age, give 50-100ml of tea, 2-3 times a day, sweetened to taste. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The tea can be consumed by infants and young children who do not have health problems, the tea helping to soothe colic, bloating and cramps.

Se toarna 250ml apa clocotita peste 1-2 plicuri de ceai. Se lasa vasul acoperit 4-5 minute. In functie de varsta, se va administra cate 50-100ml de ceai, de 2-3 ori pe zi, indulcit dupa gust. A nu se depasi doza recomandata pentru consumul zilnic. Ceaiul poate fi consumat de sugari si copii mici care nu au probleme de sanatate, ceaiul ajutand la calmarea colicilor, balonarilor si crampelor.
