    Recommendation for use

    Mix 100g (8 scoops) of powder with 200ml water or milk. Mix until a uniform consistency of sour cream. Freeze in the freezer for about an hour. Remove the half-frozen mass from the freezer and mix well. Put it back in the freezer for about an hour, then consume. For an ideal consistency, it is recommended not to freeze the product deeply. The recommended daily serving is 50g. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. After preparation, keep in the freezer for a maximum of 48 hours. After defrosting, do not freeze again.

    100g (8 cupe) de pudra se amesteca cu 200ml apa sau lapte. Se amesteca pana la o consistenta uniforma de smantana. Se congeleaza la congelator aproximativ o ora. Se scoate de la congelator masa pe jumatate inghetata si se amesteca bine. Se da din nou la congelator pentru aproximativ o ora, apoi se consuma. Pentru o consistenta ideala, este recomandat sa nu se inghete produsul profund. Servirea zilnica recomandata este de 50g. Nu consumati daca sunteti alergic la oricare din ingrediente. Dupa preparare, pastrati la congelator pentru maxim 48 de ore. Dupa decongelare, a nu se mai congela iar.

    A se pastra intr-un loc racoros si uscat, departe de lumina soarelui. Va rugam sa nu depasiti doza zilnica recomandata.
