High Whey Protein Bar is a bar rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. You can consume High Whey Protein Bar from Activlab both before and after training, giving your body everything it needs at the same time. Our bar has the optimal proportions of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as vitamins and minerals. It contains up to 1.9 g of BCAA amino acids in one serving and has been additionally enriched with glutamine.

The branched amino acids BCAA (leucine, valine, isoleucine) constitute more than 1/3 of the exogenous amino acids that are responsible for building muscle proteins. They are not produced by the body itself and therefore should be supplied with food.
