If you are a big fan of chocolate cake, then it is highly recommended to try the special brownie mix from Biotech. It is quick and easy to make a treat with the Protein Brownie baking mix, because you only need two other ingredients: oil and water. It does not contain gluten and palm oil and does not contain added sugar.

Recommendation for use

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 portion (120g = 6 cups) of baking mix with 80ml water and 30g sunflower oil until you get a smooth texture. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. It can also be made with coconut oil and butter.

Preincalziti cuptorul la 200°C. Amestecati 1 portie (120g = 6 cupe) amestec de copt cu 80ml apa si 30g ulei de floarea soarelui pana obtineti o textura neteda. Se coace 15 minute si se lasa sa se raceasca 10 minute inainte de a taia. Se poate face si cu ulei de cocos si unt.
