Recommendation for use

Preheat the oven to 180°. Mix 1 portion (75g = 4 cups) of powder with 60ml of water and 10g = 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil until homogenized. Add to a muffin/cupcake tray and bake for 14 minutes. When it's ready, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. This amount is enough for 3 muffins. It can also be prepared with coconut oil or butter.

Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°. Se amesteca 1 portie (75g = 4 cupe) de pulbere cu 60ml de apa si 10g = 1 lingura ulei de floarea soarelui pana se omogenizeaza. Adaugati intr-o tava de briose/cupcake si coaceti timp de 14 minute. Cand este gata, scoatem din cuptor si lasam sa se odihneasca 10 minute. Aceasta cantitate este suficienta pentru 3 briose. Poate fi preparat si cu ulei de cocos sau unt.
