Recommendation for use

Mix one spoon (37 g) with 100 ml of water or skimmed milk. Shake or mix vigorously until it resembles traditional pancake batter. It is then placed in a non-stick pan and cooked on medium heat until browned on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the dough). Experiment with the thickness of the dough, the size of the pancakes and the baking times to get the desired pancakes. Once prepared, keep in the refrigerator and eat within 1 day.
