OstroVit VEGE blackcurrant fiber is a natural source of plant fibers that assimilates very quickly and easily. The supplement is obtained from dried blackcurrant pomace and then enters the micronization process during which it is ground. Due to this fact, the active surface of the fiber is larger, which translates into an increased efficiency of the product and an improved assimilation compared to traditional fiber supplements.

Mix 1 teaspoon of fiber in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. The product can also be added to oatmeal, purees or yogurt. It is consumed twice a day, 30 minutes before the meal.

Order processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday, by 3:00 PM, are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
